Part of the King Shaka Airport and built for the Dube TradePort , the Dube House Office Park is to become a model green building through good environmental design practices.

The practice was founded by Mangaliso Shabangu in 1997 and was later joined by Tapiwa Muvevi in 2004. Shabangu Architects is committed to the principle of affirmative action and black economic empowerment and have, since inception, created opportunities for employment of previously marginalised persons and actively contributed to their advancement

Shabangu Architects has offices in Johannesburg, East London, the O.R. Tambo Airport and Thohoyandou in Limpopo.

The practice has been responsible for a number of projects for the past 16 years: for government, private sector and parastatal organisations.

The directors of the company have extensive experience locally and in Africa.
